Braven Health Medicare Advantage plans end December 31, 2026.

If you have a Braven plan, you will need new coverage for January 1. Here is exactly what to do.

Your Braven plan ends

Three steps to get covered

  1. Step 1: Know your window.

You can enroll in a new plan now through December 7. Because your plan is ending, you also get a Special Enrollment Period from December 8, 2026 through February 28, 2027. Enroll by December 31 to avoid a gap on January 1.

  2. Step 2: Gather your list.

Write down your doctors, your hospital, and every prescription you take. Plans differ on which doctors and drugs they cover. This list is what we use to find your match.

  3. Step 3: Talk to a licensed agent in New Jersey.

We compare Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D plans available in Ocean County and show you side by side what each one means for your doctors and your costs. The review is free and there is no obligation.

If you do nothing

If you do not choose a new plan, on January 1 you go back to Original Medicare with no drug coverage and no out-of-pocket limit. You may also have a guaranteed right to a Medicare Supplement plan right now, with no health questions. That right expires. Call before it does.
